100-Night Risk-Free Trial

    We believe in the importance of finding the right mattress for your unique sleep needs. That's why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on all our mattresses. Take the time to adjust and experience the comfort of your new mattress in the comfort of your own home.

  2. Eligibility for Returns

    If, within the 100-night trial period, you find that your mattress is not the right fit for you, simply contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We'll assist you in initiating the return process and arranging for pickup.

  3. Condition for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be in good condition, free from stains, and within its original packaging. Please note that returned mattresses will be inspected upon pickup.

Warranty Coverage

  1. What Does the Warranty Cover?

    Plumes mattresses come with a warranty that ranges from 5 to 10 years, depending on the product. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including issues such as sagging, cracks, or other failures due to normal use.

  2. How to Make a Warranty Claim

    If you experience any issues covered under the warranty, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the problem. We may request photos or additional information to assess the situation. Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or repair according to the warranty terms.

  3. What is Not Covered?

    Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents. Additionally, normal wear and tear, including minor indentations and fabric fading, are not considered defects.
